Warrant and Drug arrest in Schulenburg

In Schulenburg recently, Officers were patrolling in the 800 block James Ave. searching for a wanted subject involved in an earlier incident when they observed the subject in the passenger seat of passing vehicle.
Officers caught up to the vehicle as it turned into the driveway of a residence in the 1100 block Baumgarten St. and made contact with the driver who was exiting the vehicle.
The passenger’s identity was confirmed and he was detained. While at the vehicle Officers smelled an odor of Marijuana inside. A search of the detained subject produced a Marijuana cigarette in his pocket. A search of the vehicle revealed a clear baggie containing suspected Methamphetamine.
Jamar Williams-Glenn (22), of Weimar, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and warrant for Motion to Adjudicate on the original charge of Man/Del Controlled Substance.
Jamar was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center for booking.
