24 year old Deandre Calvert of Lexington- Burglary of a building; Revocation of original sentence, 2 years confinement in the Texas department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division, and pay all costs as assessed on the bill of cost; Injury to child/elderly/ disabled with intentional bodily injury. 2 years confinement in the Texas department of Criminal Justice institutional division, $290 court costs, and $65 reimbursement fees.
21 year old Kerry Keandre Clemons of Dime Box- Assault causes bodily injury family member- 180 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement center probated for 1 year, $500 fine, $270 court costs, $415 reimbursement fees, and defendant to participate in and successfully complete a social program.
