Indictments were recently handed down in Giddings. 17 year old Miguel Ponce of Giddings was indicted for Assault of a Public Servant. 29 year old Phillip Michael Wagner of Giddings was indicted for possession of a controlled substance. 37 year old Tommie Mc Neil Jr of Giddings was indicted for possession of a controlled substance. The sentences were handed down at the Lee County Courthouse in Giddings.
