MELVIN BAMSCH AGE 88 OF GIDDINGS

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Giddings. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Lutheran Cemetery in Winchester. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3,  from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, September 4, from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings. The family will be present for visitation Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Melvin is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Bamsch of Giddings; his daughter and son-in-law, Janet & Ben Meuth of Giddings; his granddaughter; his brother, Kenneth Bamsch & his wife, Alice of Houston; his two sisters, Charlyn Matthijetz & her husband, Marvin of Loebau and Linda Herbrich of La Grange; two sisters-in-law, Mildred Bamsch of Houston and Lil Robertson of Northrup; three brothers-in-law, Marvin Arldt of Houston, William Krause of Serbin, and Donnie Krause and his wife, Bobbie of Northrup, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
