CHARLES "CHARLIE" MALKE AGE 72 OF GIDDINGS

Visitation will be Thursday, June 11th, from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and Friday, June 12th, from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings. Family will be present during visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11th. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, at Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Giddings, Texas. Burial will follow at the Rost Family Cemetery in Ledbetter, Texas.

Charlie is survived by Dinah (Rost) Akin, his lifelong companion, Dinah’s sons Stacy Akin of Ledbetter and Johnnie & Amanda Akin of Lexington. Survivors also include his siblings, Douglas Malke, Carol Jean and Wilbert Noack, and Beverly Malke, all of Northrup, and his Stepmother, Helen Mize, of Brenham. 8 Grandchildren. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
