MICHAEL WAYNE VORNSAND- AGE 75 OF HALLETTSVILLE

Funeral services for Michel Wayne Vornsand, age 75, of Hallettsville, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Schulenburg. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the parish rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m. from the church. Interment will follow in St. Rose Cemetery in Schulenburg.

 

 

He is survived by his daughters, Nancy Lorfing (John), Susan Barnes (Ryan), and Lisa DeLeon (Doc); his beloved grandchildren, Dylan (Raynie) and Kylee Vornsand; Madilynn Barnes; Emma and Ella Lorfing; and Abree, Cainen, Daxton, Riggins, Ayzen, and Slaten DeLeon, who were the center of his world; his sister, Diane Thomas; nieces, Sandra Wilcox (Les), and Libby Thomas; great-nieces, Haley and Kinsley.
