MIKE KULHANEK AGE 78 OF MULLINS PRARIE

A Celebration of Life  will be held on Saturday, July 12th at Frisch Auf Valley Country Club in La Grange, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

He is survived by his son, Casey Kulhanek; 1 grandson; his sister, Jana Kulhanek; his brother, Chad (Susan) Kulhanek; 1 niece;1 nephew; and the numerous great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
