Dating Violence Arrest in Schulenburg

On Sunday, April 23, at approximately 3:36pm, Schulenburg Officers observed a vehicle traveling northbound on Kessler Ave with the passenger door open. Officers initiated an investigative stop and spoke with the Occupants.
While speaking with the driver fresh injuries were observed on his face. It was discovered the two occupants, who were in a dating relationship, had been arguing and the female passenger struck the driver leaving injuries the Officer observed.
The 38 year old woman was arrested for Assault, then transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center for booking.
