Intoxication Arrest in Schulenburg

On Friday, April 21, at approximately 2:35am, Schulenburg Officers observed a vehicle in a ditch near the Public Library. Contact was made with the driver and sole occupant who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. After determining the individual was in fact intoxicated, Officers attempted to take the subject into custody.
Jacinto Cruz (45), of Schulenburg, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport then transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center for booking.
