Indictments were recently handed down by the Lee County Grand Jury.
28 year old Ashton Von Blake Elwood of Paige for Possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1- methamphetamine less than 1 gram.
30 year old Juan Gomez Salazar of Giddings- Stalking
24 year old Madelline Dlaria Janae Hatch of Elgin- possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1- methamphetamine less than 1 gram.
20 year old Solomon Elijah Mansiya of Giddings- Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, penalty group 2, tetrahydrocannabinol 1-4 grams.
26 year old Andrew Joseph Miller of Lexington- burglary of a building, theft of property and prohibited weapon.
45 year old Damian Latroy Payton of Giddings- Sexual Assault of a child (two counts), sex abuse of child continuous: victim under 14 and sexual assault
37 year old Juan Randy Sanchez, Jr of Giddings- Assault Family/Household member previous conviction
