On Wednesday, April 12, at approximately 1431 hrs, Schulenburg Officers conducted a traffic stop on IH-10 EB near Exit 674 for a traffic offense. After further investigation, the driver, Victor Evelin Hernandez Mejia (24), of Honduras, was arrested in an outstanding warrant for Failure to appear on the original charge of driving while intoxicated. Victor Mejia was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center for booking.
