On Saturday, April 8th, at approximately 12am, a Hallettsville Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 2600 Blk US HWY 77S for a traffic violation. After further investigation, multiple different shaped colored pills were located in the vehicle. The pills were identified as ecstasy. The adult male (19) of Hallettsville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the penalty group 2. The male was booked into the Lavaca County Jail.
