Traffic Stop in LaGrange

Yesterday, at approximately 12:06am, Sgt Ryan Meagher conducted a traffic stop on a bicycle for a traffic violation in the LaGrange Area.
During contact with the subject, probable cause was established and a search was conducted. After further investigation, the bicyclist was found to be in possession of methamphetamine which was located on the Subject's Person.
Timothy Dobbins Jr, 37 off LaGrange, was arrested and charged with possession of a Controlled Substance.
