T-MOBLE Store Robbery Stopped by LaGrange Police

LaGrange Chief of Police, David Gilbreath, reports that on Sunday, March 26, at 4:15am, LaGrange Police Officers Mitchell Maxwell and Officer Jeff Archerd, interrupted a burglary in progress at the T-MOBLE Store. The officers observed that the plate glass window to T-MOBLE was broken out of the store and the black passenger car that was parked in front of the T-MOBLE Store fled the scene as officers drove through the parking-lot of the T-MOBLE Store. Officer Maxwell and Archerd caught up with the vehicle and made a traffic stop on the vehicle on State Highway 71.
The vehicle was a 2013 Mercedes C250, driven by 24 year old Tavares Reece of Houston, a female passenger identified as 26 year old Shaqueria Dubose of Houston, and a 16 year old juvenile female from Houston, were taken into custody for Burglary of a Building.
Tavares Reece and Shaqueria Debose were transported to the Dan R Beck Justice Center, The juvenille was released to her parent a short time later.
Officers Maxwell and Archerd were assisted by Fayette County Deputies Moore and Meagher.
