In Halletsville, an HPD Officer conducted a traffic stop on a male subject riding a bike who had outstanding municipal warrants in the 600 Blk N La Grange St. During the course of the investigation, the adult male was in possession of methamphetamine directly next to the city park. The adult male (37) from Halletsville, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in a drug free zone and outstanding municipal warrants. The male was booked to Lavaca County Jail.
