Narcotics Arrest West of Schulenburg

On Monday, March 20th, at approximately 4:12pm, Officers conducted a traffic stop on IH-19 EB near exit 674 for a traffic violation.
While speaking with the driver, officers observed Drug Paraphernalia in plain view. A probable cause search was conducted and approximately 9 grams of methamphetamine was located. Cody Ramon (21), of San Antonio was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, then transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
