Online Subscription Services come to the County Clerk's Office

Fayette County Clerk, Brenda Fietsam, informs residents of an online subscription service that will allow the public to track any future possible fraudulent recordings in the Fayette County Clerk's Office in their name/property. The County Clerk's Office is providing this monitoring system to the public at no charge. This service will notify subscribers within 24 hrs when a document with their name on it has been recorded into the County's Official Public Records.
