Recently, in Weimar, Lieutenant Steven Krhovjak, was dispatched by Colorado County Sheriff's Office to Love's in reference to several individuals in several different vehicles asking customers for money in the parking lot. The dispatcher advised Lieutenant Krhovjak of the description of the vehicles. Once in the parking lot Lieutenant Krhovjak met with the complainant who pointed to one of the suspect vehicles that was exiting the gas pumps. The Vehicle then exited the parking lot and Lieutenant Krhovjak conducted a Traffic Stop on the vehicle. The Driver was identified as Nicolae Alexandru, age 30, from Houston. Alexandru did not have a driver's license. Lieutenant Krhovjak observed in plain view a small bag containing a white in color powder type substance which field tested positive for cocaine. Alexandru was arrested for No Driver's License and for Possession of a Controlled substance . Alexandru was transported to the Colorado County Sheriff's Office Jail.
