On Wednesday, February 8th, a Hallettsville Police Officer was on Patrol in the City Park when he observed a vehicle parked behind a youth basketball court past park curfew hours. After further investigation, a probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle. Two Baggies containing methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe were located. The (23) year old male from Hallettsville was arrested for possession on a controlled substance and was booked to Lavaca County Jail.
