Alcohol Related Arrest in Schulenburg

On Sunday, February 5, at approximately 11:30pm, Officers conducted a Traffic Stop on a bicyclist in the 200 block of Black St. for Multiple Traffic Offenses.
The Bicyclist continued travelling for another block before coming to a stop. When officers contacted the driver, Multiple Factors were observed including an open container of beer which lead the Officer to believe the subject was intoxicated. After Further investigation, Mark Cobler (57), of Schulenburg, was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Fayette County Jail.
