Burglary of a Motor Vehicle

LaGrange Chief of Police, David Gibreath Reports that on Saturday, December 21st at 11:45pm, Sergeant Justin Koehne was patrolling in the 600 block of East Upperline Street. Sergeant Koehne observed a silver Chevrolet pickup parked on Upperline St. with the passenger door open, as Sergeant Koehne approached the vehicle, and the male subject came walking away from the vehicle passenger door. Sergeant Koehne identified the subject as 26 year old Jekorion Darnell Wilson of La Grange.
Sergeant Koehne made contact with the vehicle's owner. The owner of the vehicle informed Sergeant Koehne that he did not know anyone by the name of Jekorion Wilson. The vehicle's owner informed Sergeant Koehne that the vehicles glove department and console had been opened and rummaged through.
Jekorion Wilson was arrested for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, and transported to the Dan R. Beck justice center.
