According to Fayette County Sheriffs Office, on the morning of December 22nd at 00:24 hours, Deputy Austin Moore initiated a traffic atop on a vehicle near Flatonia, TX. After further investigation, Moore located methamphetamine, xanax, marijuana, adderall and drug paraphernalia inside of the suspects vehicle. The Driver of the vehicle was Everado Hernandez, 36, of Katy, was arrested on numerous narcotics charges as well as an additional felony charge of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility. He was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center without further incident.
