Female Shot in Halletsville

On December 19th at approximately 1:50pm, officers with the Hallettsville Police Department were dispatched to the Lavaca Medical Center regarding a gun shot wound victim. Officers learned that a female advised that she sustained a single gunshot wound while in the parking lot of Walmart. The Victim is in stable condition.

This is an active investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Hallettsville Police Department.
