Sentences were recently handed down in Giddings. 39 year old Justin Hudgen of Ledbetter was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 37 days in the Lee County Jail and ordered to pay $465 in reimbursement fees. This sentence was handed down at the Lee County Courthouse in Giddings.
