Aggravated Assault Arrest in Schulenburg

On Tuesday, August 20th, at approximately 7:33pm, Schulenburg Officers responded to the 1000 block of Paulus St. for a welfare check. Officers arrived and observed one subject holding a iron pipe in his hands. Officers spoke with multiple people on scene and it was learned the subject holding the pipe had threatened to assault 2 different family members.
Christian Tovar (25), of Schulenburg, was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon
