Public Intoxication Arrest

Recently, Deputies Wesly Arrison and Jason Fowler responded to a disturbance on Frances Road near Plum. An intoxicated Hispanic male, later identified as Marco Hernandez (34) was located walking in the roadway. The male had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend and was attempting to walk back home to Dallas.
Deputies tried to release the male to a friend, but they did not want to accept responsibility for him. Later, the girlfriend who was identified as Martha Ibarra (48), was also intoxicated and while speaking with Marco, she attempted to strike him in the face. Deputies separated the couple.
Both Marco Hernandez and Martha Ibarra were arrested for Public Intoxication and were transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center in La Grange.
