According to the Hallettsville Police Department, on March 19th, a Hallettsville Police Department Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Blk W Fairwinds St for a traffic violation. During the investigation, a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. Approximately 19.9 grams of Xanax pills and 4.9 grams of Hydrocodone pills were located in the vehicle. The adult male (37) of Houston, was arrested for (2) Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was booked to Lavaca County Jail.
