Sentences were handed down in Lee County District Court

Recently, One woman and two men were sentenced in Lee County District Court. Michelle Lewis Phillips, 45, of LaGrange was sentenced for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying information. Revocation of original sentence, 503 days confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division, and pay all costs as previously assessed.
Martin Nicholas Herera Jr., 18 of Giddings, for Harassment of a Public Servant: 2 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division.
Richard James Wright, 17, of Giddings, two charges of Assault on a Public Servant: 3 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division on each charge.
