According to Hallettsville Police Department, on Saturday, January 6th, an Hallettsville Police Department Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Blk W Fairwinds St for a traffic violation. After further investigation, the adult male (28) of Columbus, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-open container and was booked into the Lavaca County Jail.
