Accident in LaGrange

LaGrange Chief of Police, David Gilbreath, reports that a two-vehicle accident with injuries, occurred at the intersection of Jefferson and State Highway 71 Service Road.
Chief Gilbreath said a 2023 Nissan Rogue, Driven by 45 year old Kimberly Williams, passengers Austin Williams 13, and 19 year old Aaron Williams of Missouri City Texas were not injured in the accident. Williams was traveling West on State Hwy 71 Service Road. Williams Failed to Yield Right of Way at the intersection. The 2019 Nissan Pathfinder driven by 33 year old Yenesis Mendoza-Rojas of Giddings was traveling North on Jefferson Street & Struck Williams Vehicle.
Yenesis received facial injuries, and 9 year old Adrian Ramirez had a broken arm, 7 year old Abimael Ramirez was not injured. The injured were transported to South Austin Hospital by Fayette County EMS.
The Accident was investigated by LaGrange Officer Jeff Archerd. Archerd was assisted by Fayette County Deputies and the LaGrange Fire Department.
