According to the Bellville Police Department, there is new information in regards to the attempted kidnapping that transpired at a Bellville convenience store on May 10th. B.P.D has been working continuously with Houston Police Homicide in regards to a woman who had been murdered in her home in Southwest Houston by means of stabbing. Through the network sharing of the Facebook post that the B.P.D agency published on May 10th, the suspect arrested for attempted kidnapping, was identified as the same subject who was responsible for the murder of the victim in Houston. Investigation revealed that it was his wife that he had murdered earlier in the day before traveling to Bellvile. It was also learnt that his true identity is Ausencio Garcia Herrera, 44 years of age, with Alias of Jesus Duarte Ramirez. He was officially charged for attempted kidnapping, evading arrest/detention, tampering with evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is also being charged with Murder in Harris County.
