On Sunday May 14th at approximately 1548 hours, Hallettsville Police Department dispatched to S Market St in reference to an irate male subject. Officers quickly located the male subject in the 300 Blk Sabine St. After further investigation, the male subject was in possession of a syringe and methamphetamine. The male subject (34) of Hallettsville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was booked into the Lavaca County Jail
