Weimar Board of Trustees to hold a Bond Election

At a recent meeting, the Weimar ISD Board of Trustees unanimously adopted an order Calling a School Building Bond Election for November 3rd, in an amount not to exceed $15 million.
The election will include two separate propositions for voters to consider:
Proposition A- $12 million
For construction, renovation, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement, and equipment of school facilities, including but not limited to elementary and high school renovations, parking and student drop off improvements, gymnasium improvements, a band hall, and career & technical education facility improvements.
Proposition B- $3 million
For improvements to District athletic stadium facilities, including football, baseball, and softball facilities.
