An Elected Official in Lavaca County has been arrested. Lavaca County Justice of the Peace Travis Hill is facing criminal charges. The investigation is headed by the Texas Rangers and the investigation has been ongoing for about 6 weeks. The charge, reportedly is compelling prostitution. According to sources, more charges may be forthcoming.
