Traffic Stop in La Grange

On Thursday at approximately 10:45 am, the Fayette County Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on a 2013 black Dodge Dart in the 2500 block of SH 159 in La Grange.
The Driver and Sole Occupant of the Vehicle was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine which was concealed on his person. The driver was identified as Anthony Tamayo (46) of Mathis, and was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
