Search Warrant in Bastrop County

On December 10th the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Shady Drive, in Bastrop County. The location has had Narcotic enforcement action in the past. As a result of the search warrant, 130.29 grams of cocaine, 2 vehicles, and $26,139.00 in cash was seized. The Bastrop County SRT and Travis County SWAT were used to gain entry and control of the property. Neighbors in the area may have heard routine entry explosions during the entry to the property. ICE was present during the execution of the search warrant.
The following Elgin area residents were taken into custody:
1. Adiel Almazon, 20, Male charged with Narcotic related charges
2. Juanita Hernandez, 37, Female released to ICE
3. Ivan Almazon, 44 , Male released to ICE
