Drug Arrest in Hallettsville

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, the Lavaca County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) responded to the 200 Blk of Mulberry Street in Hallettsville, Texas to conduct an investigation.
While on scene, the LCSO identified Shawn Dolezal of Hallettsville, a local registered sex offender. Dolezal was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Dolezal was arrested, transported to the LCSO Jail, and booked on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
