2 Homes side by side were destroyed by a Fire early yesterday morning. The homes were located just east of the intersection of Highway 77 and Highway 90 in Schulenburg. Both Homes were totally destroyed. Members of the Schulenburg Volunteer Fire Department responded and put the fires out. Firemen were able to keep the fire away from the nearby liquor store. The fire call came in at 12:30 yesterday morning. The cause of the fire is unknown.
