Crayola Filming in Smithville

Crayola Crayon is filming a TV Commercial in Smithville on Thursday, July 10. This will require a road closure between the 100 and 200 blocks of Main Street until 11:00 pm on the day of the shoot. There will be no parking available in the 100 block of Main Street. However, the sidewalks will remain OPEN to allow patrons access to local businesses. Unlike past productions, Crayola is encouraging citizens to participate during the shoot. The commercial will feature a marching band, colored smoke canisters, streamers and local extras.
