On Sunday, Weimar's Sgt. Ellis observed a suspicious vehicle parked under a tree in the 400 block of Smith Street. Sgt. Ellis made contact with the driver, and further investigation revealed that the subject had a warrant out of Bell County. The warrant was confirmed with Bell County, and the subject was placed in custody. Sgt Ellis transported the suspect to the Colorado County Jail without incident.
