Shooting in Lee County

Recently, the Lee County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center received a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 2100 block of County Road 217 in South Lee County. Shortly thereafter, the Lee County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center received another 911 call reporting a gunshot victim was being transported away from the scene in a vehicle.
Lee County Sheriff Garrett Durrenburger and Lee County Deputies arrived at the scene and one male suspect was placed under arrest without incident.
One male victim was driven to the Lee County Law Enforcement Center where he was treated by Le County EMS and transported by helicopter for further treatment.
