Daughter of Man Accused of Murder also charged with Murder

The Daughter of a man accused of murder has also been charged with Murder. 45 year old Michael McKim of Flatonia is charged with the murder of Jason Pilat. The incident occurred in March of Last Year near Shiner, in Lavaca County. Authorities arrived at the residence of Jason Pilat and discovered Jason Pilat lying on the ground at his property. He had been shot in the head. According to the Fayette County record, Michael McKim's Daughter has now, also been charged with murder. According to Reports, Michael McKim was trying to find his wife and had his Adult Daughter with him and used a cellphone locator to his wife and the mother of his daughter. Michael McKim's Trial is scheduled for March 4th next year in Lavaca County.
