Traffic Stop in LaGrange

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that recently, Deputy Wesly Arrison pulled over a vehicle on Von Minden St. in La Grange for having an expired registration and defective equipment.
Upon further investigation, the driver, Jason Bryant of Waelder, was found to be driving without a valid Texas driver's license, resulting in the impoundment of the vehicle.
During the inventory of the vehicle, suspected methamphetamine, THC liquid, and marijuana were allegedly found, leading to Bryant's arrest. He was then taken to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center without incident.
