Family Violence Arrest in Schulenburg

On Saturday, April 20, at approximately 11:20 pm, Officers responded to Comfort Inn and Suites for a report of a disturbance.
Officers arrived and spoke with a female in the lobby who was visibly upset. She stated she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument which turned physical. Injuries were observed on her wrists which she stated were caused by her boyfriend.
Officers located her boyfriend, Justin McKee (45), of Conroe, in their room where he was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member and Interfering with Emergency Request for Assistance.
McKee was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center where he remains in custody.
