Narcotics and Warrant Arrest in Schulenburg

Recently in Schulenburg, Officers conducted a traffic stop in Schuleburg for multiple traffic violations.
While speaking with the occupants, Officers smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted resulting in Marijuana and paraphernalia being located.
One passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia then released from the scene.
The driver, Tojuwa Olaniyan (22), of Richmond, was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of Marijuana
- Warrant - Theft Prop
- Warrant - Forgery
Tojuwa was transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center for booking.
