Stolen Vehicle Recovered After Pursuit

On Wednesday, March 27, at approximately 12:30am, Schulenburg Police Officers received information a stolen vehicle was headed to Schulenburg on IH-10 from Sealy. At approximately 12:44am, Officers located the vehicle and made a felony stop on Hwy 90 near IH-10. The vehicle came to a stop briefly, before fleeing Officers at a high rate of speed. A pursuit reaching speeds of 110 MPH ensued through town before the vehicle came to a stop in the 1000 block Marty Rd.
2 Hispanic males, fled from the vehicle onto a property on Marty Rd., but were not located.
The 2 males are approximately 5’7”-5’9”, one wearing a gray t-shirt, brown pants, and head wrap with no shoes and the other in a dark blue/black t-shirt and black pants, please contact the Fayette County Sheriff’s Officer if you see an individual matching the description.
